  I HATE the new best buy policy that I have to make a reservation with geek squad to drop off or pick up my computer. I work 72 hours a week. Between work, running my kids to and from practice and trying to get them dinner I have to schedule a time on my calendar to pick up my computer that my son needs to do his homework.!?Applying Six Sigma principles to my side of the customer service desk is freaking stupid. It pisses people off and makes them less likely to want to shop there. I'm definatly less likely to shop at best buybagain and if I do I definatley will not purchase geek squad support again. I would rather ay $30 to someone else who will let me pick it up whenever its competed.
