  I stopped at this location while traveling back home. I bought some stuff for snowboarding, and when I got home I realized the cashier never put one of the winter headbands into my bag. I called immediately and they confirmed that it was still at the store. I asked it be mailed to me, since I live hours away from the location. It is going on four weeks and I still have not received my headband. I have called three times. The second time they actually had the nerve to tell me that they mailed it out a few days ago. After another week and a half, I called again. They told me they forgot to mail it out the last time, but that it was mailed out, again, "a few days ago." However, the manager read me my address immediately after I asked, so I am guessing she had the package still sitting in front of her. Waiting a month for merchandise you have already paid for is a pain, but being lied to is something else. It shows the immorality of the store staff and lack of concern for their customers. If I don't receive my property in the next few days, I will unfortunately have to get the police involved for theft. I have never had such an issue with a store before. By the time I get my winter headband it will be spring! Simply unbelievable.
