  I am sitting here at tj maxx being told by the manager on duty that I cannot return an item that was purchased and hour ago because the receipt never ended up in my bag . Awesome staff, completely rude and disrespectful. As a customer service manager myself, I hate being that customer but that kind of service is something I only see at good ol Walmart . Terrible absolutely terrible. Shame on you for having a manager treat customers that way .
